"Raqamli Huquq va Innovatsiya Jurnali / Journal of Digital Law and Innovation" is an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access scientific journal published in the Republic of Uzbekistan by "UNILEX GLOBAL MAS'ULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYATI" LLC under Certificate No. 1606356 dated May 25, 2026.
The journal specializes in covering current legal issues related to digital transformation, technology, and innovation. It is intended for the academic community, practicing lawyers, representatives of government bodies, and researchers.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process and are published in strict compliance with high academic quality standards and publication ethics. The journal has been published since May 25, 2026, six times per year. Each year, 6 volumes are issued, with 1 issue per volume. Issues are published bimonthly — in January–February, March–April, May–June, July–August, September–October, and November–December. Manuscripts are accepted in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
