Author Guidelines

1. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

1.1 Original Research Article

An Original Research Article is a full-length scholarly work presenting a clearly defined problem, analysis, and well-substantiated solutions.

·         Word count: 3,000–6,000 words (excluding references)

·         Page count: 8–15 pages

1.2 Review Article

A Review Article provides a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, legislation, and theoretical frameworks on a specific topic.

·         Word count: 5,000–10,000 words

·         Page count: 15–25 pages

1.3 Short Communication / Case Study

A Short Communication or Case Study presents a concise analysis of a specific court case, draft legislation, or innovative technology (e.g., a new AI algorithm).

·         Word count: 1,500–3,000 words

·         Page count: 4–7 pages

2. Manuscript Formatting Requirements

Authors must strictly adhere to the following technical requirements:

·         File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

·         Font: Times New Roman

·         Font size: 14 pt

·         Line spacing: 1.5

·         Margins: 2 cm on all sides

·         Abstract: 150–250 words

·         Keywords: 5–10 keywords
