Abstract

This article analyzes the role of climate change in international law,
its natural and anthropogenic factors, as well as its economic,
cultural, and psychological aspects. Global climate change requires
international cooperation and legal regulation. The study examines
international legal mechanisms for climate protection and
substantiates the predominance of the anthropogenic factor.
